KAJ Hotel is a unique floating pod of Danish hygge crafted entirely of reclaimed materials, locate directly on the water in the city center of Copenhagen, Denmark.
KAJ Hotel is intended as a home away from home and was designed as much more than a hotel room. In addition to the stunning views, the 16m2 room has a king size bed, a mezzanine loft with 2 single beds, toilet and bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette.
After a night’s sleep on the soothing waves, you can make your own homemade porridge and coffee/tea while watching the Copenhagen skyline from the balcony, dangling your feet in the clear water – or even taking a morning dip. To get the full maritime feeling 2 kayaks and a SUP board are included in the stay, if you want to explore Copenhagen from the waterside.
KAJ Hotel joined the “1 Guest, 1 Tree Planted” initiative of the World Sustainability Foundation, planting trees in Central Africa. With every stay, KAJ Hotel’s guests have the chance to contribute to a greener future.
Collaboration start date: 4 June 2024
